We have over 20 years of experience performing at weddings, and over 10 years of experience leading bands for weddings.

How many weddings have you played?

We have had the honor of being a part of more than 500 weddings over the years.

Do you perform at more than one event in a day?

As an agency, we may have more than one band out in a day, but no one musician will be booked for more than one event in a day.

Have you done events at my wedding venue?

We can answer that question after you let us know about the venue, but the odds are that the answer is yes. And, we will be in touch with your venue after you have provided a signed contract and deposit. We will finalize any specific details with them to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that your wedding is amazing.

What makes you unique compared to your competition?

Our process. From initial contact to the special day, personalizing your experience is our priority. To make your wedding amazing, we focus on three main things:

• Strong communication with you. We have an app that’s dedicated to the entire process of designing your wedding. From the day you e-sign your contract to the day of your wedding, we will work with you through this app to create the perfect music experience. We stay in regular contact and get your playlist early, so our musicians have ample time to learn the material and blow the roof off on your special day.

• Completely Customized Experience. Our top package allows you to work with us to design the perfect night of wedding music. Once we get to know you, we will put together a suggested list of songs based on your tastes and guest list. You then can put your personal stamp on the entire night, working with us as a team to design the ultimate song list for your wedding. Once we finalize the song list, your band won’t deviate from that list without your explicit permission. We even have a process to take requests from your guests prior to the wedding, should you wish to honor those requests, so that we can be ready to play the perfect song list for you.

• Taking Care of Our Musicians. Happy, appreciated musicians work extra hard to make your day incredible. We believe in compensating the musicians well for their dedicated work. We believe in respecting their time to learn the customized playlist, and we believe in treating them well. All of this equates to a better experience for you.
  

What is your style?

For the packages where we pick the music, we will take your requests and design our sets around the styles and artists represented by them, playing as many of your requests as we know, and filling in the rest with comparable popular songs in our repertoire. For our fully customized package, our style is your style. With our bespoke process, we put together the perfect band and playlist for you, to ensure the day is exactly what you want.

Can you help me choose the music for my processional, recessional, father-daughter dance, etc.?

Of course! We’d be happy to help you with that!

Do you have a go-to list of wedding songs you play or perform for weddings?

We know what is popular with most crowds for dancing, and as part of our process, we will use what we learn about you to pick the music you’ll be certain to love. You’ll have a say throughout the entire process on the selection of music so that you can be assured of having the dance floor jumping while also hearing your favorite music.

If one of the band members is unable to perform at my wedding for some reason, do you have a substitute ready to go?

Always.

Do you take any breaks? How many and when?

We work with you to determine what is appropriate for your event, timeline, and the musicians. We normally provide continuous music - that means there will always be some musicians performing live, except during toasts and speeches. The band will break in shifts during the salad course and dinner. If you are having a seated dessert course, we will also break in shifts during dessert. This schedule ensures that you always have music, and that the musicians get the rest they need to perform at their absolute best for you and your guests. If your timeline and requests make a full band break possible, we will be sure to take full advantage of that to minimize any other breaks.

How many band members will perform that day?

We work with you to determine the ideal number of musicians based on your favorite music, song selections, and budget.

Do you take requests from our guests?

Your experience is completely customized for you. If you want guest-requested music, we love to honor that request, and we have a process for having your guests request music as part of your song selection process. If you choose to keep to a set playlist, we politely inform guests we are playing a set playlist.

Can we submit a do-not-play list?

Your playlist is planned in partnership with you leading up to the wedding, and we will stick to that list. If you opt to allow guest requests at the wedding, we will request your do-not-play list, to ensure that you remain happy.

Does your rate exclude anything?

Our rates are all-inclusive. Since the experience is customized for you, it will include everything you request.

How far in advance do I need to book?

As far as possible - entertainment is one of the first things booked after the venue, and dates can fill up fast. For our customized package, we also need enough time to provide the service you should expect, so the sooner the better.
